amazing stay near the gold market!

the hotel is super close to the market. i didn't need a taxi because the shops were all within walking distance. the staff were great. the hotel was clean and the location was very convenient.
the room lacked amenities, and i had to call to request them.

the front reception staff were cute and provided excellent hospitality. they had good communication skills and a positive attitude. the staff were prompt when sorting out any issues.

the hotel features a restaurant with reasonably priced meals, very convenient . i loved this, it made it very easy to grab a bite without venturing too far! table 3 staff were especially wonderful.

The hotel is clean and well-kept. the rooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable. asif from the housekeeping team kept the room fresh and clean every day. I returned to a super clean room each time!!!

The room included a useful electric kettle. I also saw a mini-fridge. The hotel provided quick access to the Gold Souk area. Housekeeping kept the room very clean . They always restocked towels and toiletries.
The breakfast had limited options. the quality was adequate.

The room offered a tv. I noticed many international channels were available. Air conditioning was powerful and adjustable. The bathroom has a rainfall shower and provided toiletries.

The hotel is within a short walk of the Gold Souk. I used the nearby Al Ras metro station for easy city travel. Several restaurants and shops are near the hotel. This makes it a convenient base.
